OfficeReports adds a menu to PowerPoint and Word. This makes it possible to define tables and charts directly in Word and PowerPoint. OfficeReports is able to read data sets from Excel, SPSS and Triple-S, etc. It is also capable of importing survey data from survey tools like SurveyMonkey, SurveyGizmo, Confirmit, Zoomerang, Snap, etc. and can export data to at least one of these formats ( Word and PowerPoint). Thus the survey data can get readily converted to presentable data in graphics and charts. The plug-in adds a menu containing the functions it provides to the ribbon of the PowerPoint and Word. Switching to this specific menu makes all the functionality available to you. You are able to work in the familiar environments of Word and PowerPoint.
